Meet Krypton's New Head Coach: Caroline Spencer

We are so excited to welcome Caroline and Austin Spencer to our coaching crew at Krypton. Caroline will be Krypton's new head coach so you will be seeing her a lot at the gym! Caroline was on Team Krypton at the CrossFit Games this year (2023) with Alec, Ben and Erin. We are so glad she loved Virginia so much that they decided to make the move here from Maine.

Caroline started CrossFit in 2013 and has been coaching since 2014! Before CrossFit, she was a competitive cheerleader and just enjoyed being active. Outside of the gym she loves spending time with her husband, Austin, and their two dogs, Dallas and Loki. Being a part of the CrossFit community has been so rewarding and she is looking forward to continue on her journey with us at Krypton!

It's important to work with a nursing care plan writing service that adheres to ethical standards and regulations in healthcare. Nursing care plans play a vital role in patient care, and they should be accurate and tailored to individual needs. Always review the final work thoroughly before using it in a clinical setting.
