There is another big competition this weekend and we are cheering LOUD from Chesapeake for Laura and Gabi. The Rogue Invitational has been going on for 5 years now and last year Laura came out on top! There are 20 females and 20 males competing from October 26th - October 29th. In 4 days they will complete 9 workouts before they crown the 2023 Rogue Invitational Champion.
Laura and Gabi have been training at Krypton for the last month and we are so excited to see them put their hard work to the test. If you want to follow along you can watch it on Rogue's website or YouTube.
